Accessibility Lead
I lead accessibility for Bitdefender’s main consumer suite - the standard itself, the design system that enforces it, and the training that keeps the rest of the company applying it.
The product conforms to all Level AA success criteria: desktop, mobile, every supported OS.
Built so the standard is met by default, not audited back in afterwards.

- Redesigned Scam Protection after a 2025 usability study, for clearer names and deeper activity insights
- Designed Scam Radar, an AI early warning for local scam waves on Facebook and SMS, with real examples
- Extended Scamio, the free AI scam assistant, across web, WhatsApp, Messenger and Discord

Smart Home Security
A new set of Smart Home security capabilities for telecom partners, so their customers can assess the security of their online home activity.
- Designed for the customers of Bitdefender’s telecom partners
- Used Object Oriented UX to clarify the scope and information architecture of the project
- Used AI tools to bring the prototype to life with micro-interactions, and refined the usability of the new feature by actually using the app
- Designed the entire flow for the dev team to implement

An analytics platform Bitdefender’s telecom partners use to see the threat landscape across their subscriber base.
- Explored new types of data visualization for how an average home uses apps, devices and brands at different times of the day
- Automated insight cards that find correlations in the data and surface them in custom-made visualizations
- Improved the existing platform, including the main dashboard page, optimized for readability
- Designed for an audience that reads the data to make commercial decisions, not security operators
